              Comments about Rugged Trail T/A:

This tire is good on dry pavement and dry dirt roads if you have a good 4x4 system. The slightest amount of rain on the road in 2wd and the back end of my 2012 tacoma starts to swing out. If it wasnt for the trucks advanced traction controls I would be all over the place. But the traction control uses the breaks of the truck so this tire is wearing out my breaks.

Don't even think about using this tire in even a cm of snow. Even in 4wd your basically on slicks. Not safe at all. I know your supposed to get a real winter tire for snow but this all season is just not good enough to be considered an all season.

Regarding tread wear, this tire comes with 8.3mm of tread. After 25,000km I'm down to 5.5mm. So at this rate I will be replacing the tire at 50,000km. Id expect more for the very basic driving I do.

                    Comments about Rugged Trail T/A:

These tires are on my 2005 Nissan xterra, and they perform well on dry pavement. They look like they are wearing well with the exception of some cracking on the side tread. They have always been inflated to the right pressure every few months. When it rains they are terrible, if I don't put the vehicle in 4 wheel drive. I found myself start to skid during moderate acceleration on a flat stretch of wet road. I do not feel sure footed while driving with these tires on snow or ice. They do not grip well at all after a short snowfall, and found myself skidding on ice no matter in 4 wheel drive or not. So much, that I changed lane once and it got me into an accident hitting a small tree and a street sign, of course reporting it.
I would not recommend these tires, and I'm currently looking to replace them as soon as possible for this winter since I can't rely on them with either my wife or myself driving with them.

Factory instaled on Xterra 2011 PRO-4X.
On 45k km it`s 4mm tread left and around all 4 tires cracked.
Manufacturing date is 4410 and track was purchased on 05/2011 , but tires looks very dry as if after 5-6 years.

Very happy with my track, but comlitely disapointed in the tires.
